Trinity Lutheran Church opened Trinity Lutheran Nursery School in 1982 as a part of its educational ministry, and it has been in continuous operation since then.  Our school is licensed by the State of New Jersey, the Department of Children and Families.  Members of the congregation are elected to serve on the school board.  This board appoints the administrative staff of the school and provides support for the operation of the school.

Today Trinity Lutheran School offers programs for toddlers through Kindergarten.  Our “Toddling at Trinity” program will help your toddler develop socially and also learn self help skills.  Our Toddler teachers encourage children’s natural curiosity while guiding them through activities that develop their language, gross motor skills and fine motor skills.

Trinity also offers programs for three and four year old.  Classes begin at 8:30 am.  Half-day and full-day programs are offered, with morning care and afternoon enrichment available as well.  Our full-day Kindergarten meets from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm with extended hours available.  Our program is academically challenging, and our graduates have gone on to a variety of schools fully prepared for first grade.

Our summer camp is available in half-day and full-day programs with morning care and afternoon enrichment offered daily.  The camp has themed sessions with planned indoor and outdoor activities.
Trinity Lutheran School offers the children of Bergen County an atmosphere of Christian love in which to grow and develop socially, academically, and spiritually.  At Trinity, we regard each child as a unique individual and offer personalized attention in a caring environment.  We strive to help each child develop a positive and joyful attitude toward learning that will last a lifetime.

The programs of Trinity Lutheran School are open to all children regardless of race, nationality, or creed.
